My Personal Wellness Journey

Hi, I’m a certified Modern Nutrition Health Coach and ISSA Personal Trainer, and my passion for wellness comes from a very personal place. When I was young, a major car accident changed my life in an instant. I was told I’d never walk, heal, or return to a “normal” life again.

But with faith, determination, and years of therapy, I rebuilt myself one step at a time. I proved that healing is possible, even when the odds say otherwise—and I carry that lesson with me every day.

 

Today, I use my experience and training to help others reclaim their health and confidence. I believe healing is both physical and emotional, and my mission is to guide people toward healthier, happier lives with knowledge, compassion, and hope.
